"Dr. K. Alex is an Associate Professor of Commerce, Head, Commerce CA, St. Joseph’s College, Tiruchirapalli, Tamil Nadu. He has a rich experience, more than 22 years in the field of higher education and a corporate training experience more than 18 years. He completed his higher studies in Loyola College, Chennai and obtained his doctorate in the field of Organisational Behaviour.
Trained by Haggai Institute USA, Scope International Chennai, e2e – an ISO Company Bangalore, ELCOT Chennai, and BUTP & CII Tiruchirapalli. He has been actively involved in training college students and the corporate personnels for almost two decades. His clientele include LIC, SBI, BHEL, Rane, Sanmar, Cooperative Banks & Societies, NGOs, leading Schools, Colleges, Deemed Universities and Universities in India.
He has developed and conducted numerous workshops on topics like Understanding the Self, Inter-personal Relationship, Developing Positive Attitude, Team Building Process, Stress Management, Time Management, Creativity, Lateral Thinking, Corporate Social Responsibilities, Business Ethics and Leadership Communication Programmes."
