Dr Arvind V Shukla is currently a Professor in the area of Marketing and the Chair of the Fellow Program in Management at BIMTECH, Birla Institute of Management Technology, Delhi (NCR). Teaching Marketing management for the last 37 years in a uniquely enjoyable way is his passion. He also teaches CRM and Services Marketing. He has guided more than a dozen PhD research scholars.
